Why we collect personal information
Phoenix Conferencing collects and stores information provided in conference registration forms for the purpose of facilitating delegates’ requirements in relation to the conference the delegate has registered for and to assist with administrative and planning purposes. We may also use delegates’ personal information to send them information about our upcoming conferences and seminars
When we disclose personal information
A delegate’s name and organization will be included in the list of delegates for that conference unless the privacy box on the registration box is ticked, or if the delegate contacts the Conference Secretariat to withdraw their name from the list. Telephone numbers, mailing addresses and email addresses are not included in the delegate list. Delegate lists may be provided to sponsors and exhibitors.
At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information.
